Here is a fine overall body relaxation exercise to prepare you for any other meditation or psychic-intuitive questioning.

Progressive Muscle Exercise & Relaxation

Lie on your back in a comfortable position. Allow your arms to rest at your sides, palms down.
Inhale through your nose and exhale through your mouth slowly and deeply.
Clench your hands into fists and hold them tightly for 10 seconds.
Visualize your clenched fists becoming tighter and tighter during the 10 second exercise. Then let your hands relax.
Next, tense and relax the following parts of your body in following sequence: face and neck, shoulders and chest, stomach, buttocks and hips, legs, and finally clench your toes and feet. As with your fists, hold each body section tensed for 10 seconds and then relax that part, plus the rest of your body, for 10 seconds before going to the next body section.
Finish the exercise by letting any remaining tension to flow out of the bottoms of your feet.

Spiritual Seeker – Spiritual Path

I know, as a psychic-medium, that we all are a part of a larger family and a greater reality. Both the bigger family and greater reality are spiritual. If you are not excited, inspired, and actively involved in your spiritual life, then you are missing out on the most important part of your existence. As a spiritual being having a human experience you have amazing possibilities waiting for you. May the following provide some insight towards furthering your spiritual awareness.

Once upon a time there was a spiritual seeker looking for the perfect spiritual master to learn the ultimate secrets of the universe. He went from town to town and would hear of this spiritual teacher and that spiritual sage and he would visit them, but soon could see and learn that they were not a perfect master. Then one day he heard about a perfect master that lived in a cave high in the Himalayas. Finally, after weeks of travel and climbing to that particular cave, he found the one that he had heard about. The seeker quickly realized that this was the one perfect master that he had been searching for. He bowed before the Master and asked to become his disciple. The Master answered, “Sorry, I cannot accept you.” The seeker said, “Please take me as your disciple, why can’t you accept me?” The Master replied, “Because I am looking for the perfect disciple.”

As one who has traveled around the world for years to find this and that, I can save you a lot of time, money and trouble by letting you know that you don’t need to go out and about to find your spiritual part of you. You already have it. [There is nothing to get, but there is a lot to let-go of.]

Before you die there is one thing that will definitely assist you for your spiritual development,that is to connect with a spiritual guide. We all have spiritual beings waiting to connect and helps to and on a spiritual path. A special spiritual reading can help prepare the way for this spiritual connection to happen.

I made my spiritual connection with my spiritual guide twenty years ago. My life took a giant leap forward and higher when this happened. This is a most worthwhile event to allow taking place in your life. Death is coming, but you will know that this is not the end. For me, there is no greater proof of the existence of the spiritual reality than having this spiritual awakening with a spiritual guide. Some preparation is required for this to happen, but it will happen because it is one of your birthrights.

A spiritual guide can prepare you for dying rightly. There are several “Books of the Dead”, which describe the different stages of death and the proper way to go through these “bardos” so as to advance spiritually. We all will need a spiritual guide at this critical time and the time to make this spiritual guide is ASAP (as soon as possible).
